I saw the Thursday show and then Friday’s, as I could NOT believe what I had just heard. They played all of Tommy, their standards and Who’s Next. These songs were played for the first time “ off our new record…". Each night, klieg lights opened the show - pointed at the crowd. From the first note , nobody sat down. Thoroughly amazing shows Seen then 15 times since, but none was better.
