I was there! Fantastic concert - billed as the Tommy Opera. It remains the best concert I have ever attended.

I was at that show and it was actually held in the building called the Horse Palace. It was not a venue that concerts were held at regularly, I can't recall any other concert ever actually being there. I distinctly remember either Daltrey, or Townsend declaring that when this tour was over they would never do Tommy complete in a concert again. This only added to it being a special moment in time.'
