I was at the first gig after Keith had passed away. Queued all night outside Chapell s New Bond St music store to get tickets. Someone brought a cassette player with The Who music playing around midnight. Me and my mate Nicky managed to get 4 tickets each, then I got back in the queue and got another 4. Swapped these tickets for 2 tickets row AA (front row).

On the night itself, The Who came on, "the crowd went crazy", and the front half dozen rows collapsed in a sea of arms and legs. Amazing.
