Joe Cybul

The Who was right on this night. There was less chatter and more music ... nearly three hours of solid Rock'n Roll. Pete was right on his game and was innovative and flawless. The Magic Buss and My Generation jams were awesome. Pete took control and kept everyone standing.

"Bargain" and "I don't even know myself" were added to the set. The sound was good and the show was incredible.

The band was much tighter than at the Hollywood Bowl, however, Roger's vocals were hard to hear at times and Pete was continually plagued with guitar problems throughout the night - his red strat was the culprit - he had to change it out many times in the middle of songs.
