SET 1: The Rock/My Generation/Paint it Black/Satisfaction/Baba O'Riley/Us & Them/She's Leaving Home/I'm Free/ Street Fightin' Man/Won't Get Fooled Again The first set was terrible! My Generation was actually a "rap" version!!!!
SET 2: Give Peace A Chance/Imagine/Breathe/Penny Lane/Blackbird/Give Peace A Chance (reprise)/Come Together/Imagine (reprise)
This set was better as the sound throughout was quite soulful and the Symphony did a very nice job.
SET 3: Stairway To Heaven, Is There Anybody Out There/Great Gig In The Sky/Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds/Eclipse/Time/Across The Universe/Comfortably Numb, Norweigan Wood, Kashmir
This set was very good and drew the first standing ovations of the night! Since I passed up seeing Page & Plant to see the BRO (actually Roger), it was nice to hear full versions of Stairway & Kashmir (both were excellent as well). That completed the first part of the show (about 1 hr and 20 mins) and still no Roger!
There was a 15 - 20 minute intermission before the 2nd half started (with Roger).
SET 4: Street Fightin' Man (R.D. vocals), Money (R.D. vocals), Another Brick In The Wall (R.D. backing vocals & acoustic guitar), Ruby Tuesday (backing vocals - song sounded excellent with choir), Start Me Up (R.D. co-vocals w/ 2 females)/5:15 (R.D. vocals)/See Me,Feel Me & Listening To You (R.D. vocals - standing ovation throughout - outstanding), Let It Be (R.D. duet with one girl singer - super), You Better You Bet (R.D. vocals), Pinball Wizard (R.D. vocals), Who Are You (R.D. vocals & acoustic guitar), Love Reign O'er Me (R.D. vocals - fantastic - crowd went wild) - At this point Roger said thanks and left the stage as the orchestra then played Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band/The End/Quadrophenia (excerpt). The orchestra then left the stage with the sparse crowd (only about 4,000 - PNC holds about 17,500) definitely wanting more - this set was a killer!!! The orchestra and Roger returned with A Whiter Shade Of Pale (R.D. vocals - one of the best songs of the night) and finally With A Little Help From My Friends (R.D. strong backing vocals). This set lasted about 1 hr and was excellent. All in all it was an interesting show, but the laser and light show that was billed never happened! I thought that would be a big part of the show. Roger was in a very good mood and as usual was phenomenal!
