A really good show, amazing to see how the guys still connect them with the audience, and the French one! The videos fitted so well with the songs as said my 13 years old son who just begins to understand English. The sound was delightful, Pete seemed happy and cool, and the same for Roger. The rest of the band did a great job (a difficult one) and it was nice to have Simon at the show. I think and I'm quite sure that the setlist was the same as in Rotterdam. In the end of the show, Roger put his hand onto his heart as to say thank you to the audience, it was emotionaly a very strong moment. He and Pete showed they're were grateful to the audience. Just hope for another date in Paris and not wait too long for it.

My wife and me are from Germany but are staying very often in Paris for personal reasons. So after seeing The WHO in Ulm last year we went to their show at the Palais Omnisport in Bercy. I was a bit worried that there would be many vacant places in this big venue, but was pleased to see a sellout house which counts 16000-17000 people. Next positive surprise were the many young faces among the audience - many teenagers came in groups or obviously with their parents. As soon as Pete,Roger and the boys hit the stage there was a fantastic atmosphere among the audience - and next surprise - the Paris audience which at times can be very reserved and critical went nuts right from the beginning, standing on chairs, singing along, made a lot of noise and had fun from start to end - and this atmosphere immediately swept over to the stage. So it turned out into a real homeplay for The Who and added another chapter to the lifelong love affair between the band and the french capital (first concert on the european continent outside Britain was in Paris back in 1966). The show itself was intense and loud with Roger`s voice being fantastic. Only complaint: No Wire and Glass, Black Widows Eyes or It's Not Enough.
