After Helsingoer, the Who rushed back to Copenhagen along the Zealandian coastline and the Oeresund (the sound that divides Denmark and Sweden) in order to get in time to do their bit at KB Hallen at 12 o'clock midnight. KB Hallen was (is) a small tennis arena. This show was probably much better than the one in Helsingoer. There were several thousands of people in the arena, all very excited to see the Who. Girls stormed the stage in order to hug the "boys in the band", boys stormed it too, climbed up on stage only to find themselves being pushed (by pop promoter George Mitchew) back into the sea of people beneath it - the first ever stage dive? Parents sat on the side stands and watched their kids jump around like crazy on the floor. The Who kept on playing.
"Politiken", a major, Copenhagen based, newspaper had a rave review of the concert, but it was shortened because more space was devoted to another Who concert: The one in Aarhues.
